Please read these terms carefully before using pktk. Accessing or using the platform means you agree to all provisions set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and pktk ("we", "us", or "the Platform"). They govern your access to and use of the pktk website, mobile platform, games, betting markets, promotions, and all related services available at pktk.today and its subdomains (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service and close your account.
2. Eligibility
The Service is available only to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while using the Service:
- You are at least 21 years of age. pktk enforces a strict 21+ policy. Accounts of users suspected of being under 21 will be suspended pending age verification.
- You are a resident of Bangladesh or are legally permitted to access online gaming services from your jurisdiction.
- You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party, and you are the beneficial owner of any payment method used on your account.
- You have not previously been excluded, banned, or had an account closed by pktk for breach of these Terms.
pktk reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in forfeiture of pending withdrawals.
3. Account Registration and Security
Each user may hold only one (1) account on pktk. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, pktk may close all such accounts, void pending bets, and confiscate bonus balances. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party.
- Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your full responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify pktk support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
- Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person. Any such transfer renders the account immediately subject to closure.
pktk may close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or a threat to platform integrity. Where funds are not forfeited, they will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on pktk are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods for deposits and withdrawals include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and other approved local payment partners listed in the cashier section.
- Minimum deposit is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day as shown in your account cashier at the time of request.
- Withdrawals are processed only to a payment method previously used to deposit on the account, subject to completed KYC verification.
- pktk does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposited funds must originate from an account or mobile wallet registered in your own name.
- Deposits are generally credited instantly. In the event of a delay, contact support with your transaction reference number. pktk is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
pktk reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending identity verification or investigation of suspected fraud. In such cases pktk will notify the account holder within 2 business days with the reason for the hold.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
pktk offers eligible players various bonuses and promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions and any specific terms published on the promotion detail page:
- Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
- Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement (rollover) for welcome bonuses is 25x the bonus amount, to be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Failure to complete within this period results in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
- Only one welcome bonus per household, IP address, or device is permitted. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a prohibited activity and will result in all accounts being closed and bonuses voided.
- pktk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to a promotion's terms will not affect bonuses already in progress where the player has already begun meeting the wagering requirement.
Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the wagering process. They may not be traded, sold, or exchanged. Free spins winnings are subject to wagering requirements unless specifically stated as cashable on the promotion page.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pktk and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Money laundering, use of criminal proceeds, or any attempt to use the Service for financial crimes. pktk complies with anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
- Collusion with other players to fix game outcomes, manipulate betting markets, or exploit bonus terms across multiple accounts.
- Registering or playing under a false name, or using another person's identity, payment method, or personal details without their knowledge and consent.
- Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of pktk, including its servers, APIs, or game integrity systems.
pktk's determination as to whether a prohibited activity has occurred is final and binding. In all such cases pktk reserves the right to withhold, void, or confiscate any funds in the relevant account, in addition to closing the account.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the pktk platform — including software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the Service — is the exclusive property of pktk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without pktk's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of pktk's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pktk, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, pktk specifically excludes liability for:
- Losses arising from Service interruptions caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, cyberattacks, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers beyond pktk's reasonable control.
- Loss of data, loss of profits, loss of gaming opportunity, or any other economic loss arising from delays in processing deposits, withdrawals, or bet settlements.
- Any loss or damage to your device, software, or data arising from your use of the Service, including any malware or malicious code that may affect your device in connection with your use of the platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits pktk's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. pktk's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Responsible Gaming
pktk is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming for all eligible players. We provide the following tools and resources to support responsible gaming on our platform:
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their account settings. A limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
- Self-exclusion: Players who feel gaming is negatively impacting their life may request a temporary (30, 60, or 90 days) or permanent self-exclusion by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period the account will be locked and no promotional communications will be sent.
- Reality checks: Players may configure session reminders in their account settings to display a notification after a set period of continuous play, encouraging awareness of time spent on the platform.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
pktk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy. pktk uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit and implements industry-standard security practices for data at rest. Personal data is used only for account management, transaction processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. pktk will not sell personal data to third parties. 11. Amendments to These Terms
pktk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pktk will provide advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the platform homepage and, where possible, by sending an email notification to registered account holders at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms you must stop using the Service and may request account closure. The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at pktk.today/terms-conditions.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pktk's operating entity. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, it may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
